    The Honorable Hoyer states that the Constitution grants Congress the power to mandate that a person must buy a health insurance policy.

    The Non-Honorable Caravaggio states that the Constitution grants the People the power to mandate that Congress must serve the people’s wishes as required by the Republic. Oh, and that Hoyer is a dicknose.
