How much more control is the federal government going to shove down the American people’s throats?!? HR-2749 – The Food Safety Enhancement Act of 2009.
Sure you can read this proposed legislation in several different ways. However if a home garden, farmer’s market growers etc., isn’t specifically excluded or addressed than the law can indeed be applied to these as well. Enough already – this bill needs to be stopped.
