I read, and hear stories along the lines of “Money talks, and shit walks”, “We are the law, you will do as you are told.” everyday of the week which are much more egregious violations of people’s rights. However it’s Friday so I send you to traffic court.

Just because it’s Friday – Up to $2,500.00 fine if you go to traffic court.
this is lacking. lacking in constitutionality. lacking in proper representation (as in republic). lacking in common sense. lacking in everything except identification as the most idiotic of municipal policy.
if someone in the the private sector did this, he’d be immediately fired and then driven from the industry. because this is in the pubic sector, everyone seems to inherently understand that this policy-maker (or team of policy-blowhards) is not burdened with high frequency throughput of the corpus callosum.
let’s all hope this particular cephalopod doesn’t procreate.
