Some times things just don’t make any sense. In this case why are many of the photographers and videographers wearing helmets and makeshift riot gear. You think that maybe they thought it would get dirty?

Also why is everyone so pissed off? I mean its not like these peaceful world leaders did anything to piss people off or did they?

This also makes you wonder how much the cleanup will cost considering the G20 already cost 1 billion dollars just to put on the big show.

I’m not sure why this is the way it is. Sure, protest. But violent protest? What the hell is the G20 accused of? I attempted to read the placards held by the protestors but there is no discernible pattern.

Hell, I guess I’d be out there with a poster that reads: “F you, G20, for simply being called the G20″.

    Screw the man!

Jesus Christ dude, do some fuckin research.

Enigma, ScanJack and I were discussing this issue and the videos out there – many of these videos show a single point of view of an encounter and fail to say why the encounter is happening at all. One video shows a cop shooting tear gas at a crowd but you have no idea why. Easy way to vilify a cop we think. Why did he shoot the tear gas? Was something seen? Was he ordered to? These questions aren’t answered, and in many instances aren’t asked – we are just left to watch a video that shows a tiny percent of what occurred and left to our own devices to interpret what we see.

This problem is becoming rampant in society today in general, not only private sector but in MSM as well. Show us all the angles folks so we can determine what really happened – not the skewed perspective you showed us to bolster your own beliefs.

Dude! Please elaborate. From the videos I personally cannot tell what it is they are protesting. I realize that loads of people have reasons to be mad about loads of stuff – I just wish I knew what stuff these people were mad about.

  5. I heard Obama was quoted as saying “No Harm No Foul” and patted a protester on the backside and was heard saying “Good Show”

@5oclock – HA! big lol on that one.

@dude – my “fuckin research” (10 points for that, btw) was based on the video presented with the post. from the video i don’t see shiznick – only violent, pissed off people setting stuff on fire. similar to thraxxus, please elab…

    Way to self-motivate!

@ZAMan… perfect. Had to re-read it. The elogance of the simplicity was striking, yet subtle. Superior humor, my man.
