I love how whomever brunette douchebag is had nothing to say in retort other than trying to talk in circles. Jess put it out there – have you ever served? Were you even aware that the government has lied before? Who is that yo-yo anyway?
I’m not really sure how there continues to be a debate on whether waterboarding is torture or not. Talk about pointless.
Beyond waterboarding (which I plan to do tonight – to gain some perspective, of course), I believe Jesse raises an interesting question. Where do you draw the line to save human lives? Many first year college composition classes tackle this very argument. But where do we stand as a nation when we begin to view others as any less human than ourselves?
I could not agree more – there has to be more consideration involved than the “potential to save lives”.
Am I the only one who sort of wanted to see Jesse tear that dude’s throat out?
