So I just returned from lunch. During lunch my 4 lunch partners and I were verbally chastized by our waitress who lamented that we were all going to hell because one of us brought up the concept of a strip club. Now understand this: we did not invent the strip club, nor were we actually talking about going to one. That said the simple fact that we were even discussing one had her religious panties in such a bunch that she explained to us how hell bound we really were. I avoided the bait as I did not wish to destroy someone’s universe today, but that did not stop me and two of my lunch partners from discussing the origin of the Bible on the way back to our office.
