Posted by Apparently the Red Cross has asked people to stop sending their own breast milk to Haiti.
The quote? “Tell them not to send it,” said Eric Porterfield, a spokesman for the American Red Cross. “I’m 100 percent sure we didn’t ask for that.”
I can’t begin to really say why giving someone else your breast milk is a bad idea as it is actually so obvious to me that I can’t put it into words other than the follow:
Yes, humans are that dumb.
I, for one, was humiliated upon receiving a formal letter from the Red Cross offering to engage in legal action against my person if I attempted to ship my chocolate-syrup infused breast milk again.
I fell this is blatant discrimination against the glandularly overactive.
