Scenario: James, the inner city African American Male, skipped out on his probation. He goes to court and gets sentenced what? 90 days like miss Lohan? AW HELL NAW. We know he’d get more than that. When he went to jail he’d get solitary right? AW HELL NAW. He’d get stuck in with the rest of the 2200 inmate jail where he’d be treated like a cheap cheerleader on prom night. Is that fair?

AW HELL NAW – it is a freaking tragedy. How is she expected to learn anything if she is not taught the lessons of life by other inmates? HOW?!?!
